Nozzles should not allow the formation of a water jet, but create a uniform flame from 1.5 to 2 meters, breaking water into drops that should not exceed 2-3 mm in diameter. Each nozzle has its own nominal pressure, which contributes to the correct distribution of water.
Modern requirements for the spray nozzles of cooling towers in terms of energy savings and uniformity of water distribution over the fill can be formed as follows: they must provide a developed water spray jet with a radius of 1.5-2 m at 5-30 kPa and not be subject to clogging at the concentration of suspended solids in recycled water about 100-150 mg/l in the presence of mechanical impurities (scale, steel corrosion products, etc.).

Returns Policy
