The presented product line of modular cryogenic tanks of MBS series is manufactured in a wide range of models from MBC-1000 to MBC-5000. Such tanks are used for gasification and storage of liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and liquid carbon dioxide.
Cryogenic tanks automatically maintain required vessel pressure by controlled evaporation of the liquid. The source of energy for creating pressure and evaporation of the liquid is the ambient temperature.

Cryogenic tank MBC-1000-5000 consists of a vessel for cryogenic liquids, pipelines, an external atmospheric vaporizer and an external pressure regulator. The tank consists of a high pressure vessel placed inside the casing. The space between the high pressure vessel and the outer casing is evacuated and filled with micro-fiberglass insulation, covered with aluminum foil for heat radiation protection. The inner high pressure vessel and vacuum casing are made of 304 stainless steel. All models are designed and manufactured in accordance with EN 13458 and AD-2000.
The pipeline system ensures tank filling with gas and maintenance of the pressure set in the specification. The pipeline system is also made of 304 stainless steel. Globe and safety valves are made of brass or stainless steel according to the product specification. The fittings are made of forged brass and 316 stainless steel.
Equipment instrumentation consists of a pressure sensor and a differential pressure sensor, which provide a complete system monitoring. Differential pressure gauge provides high-precision indications of tank pressure. MBC-1000-5000 automatically ensures maintenance of the required vessel pressure by controlled evaporation of the liquid. The source of energy for pressure build up and liquid evaporation is the ambient temperature. A pressure build-up coil is fixed to the outer casing. The vaporizer is fixed on the product skid.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
