Füllkörper für kühltürme
Die Füllung des Kühlturms ist notwendig, damit das durchfließende Wasser in kleine Tröpfchen zerteilt, über die gesamte Oberfläche der Wände verteilt und beim Kontakt mit der Luft schnell abgekühlt wird. Je nach Bauart kann die Füllung wie folgt sein:
- filmfüllungen. Sie halten das Wasser gut auf ihrer Oberfläche und verteilen es in einer sehr dünnen Schicht;
- tropffüllungen. Sie bestehen aus vielen Rohren, Rinnen und Schienen, entlang derer das Wasser fließt und tropft;
- film-Tropf-Füllungen. Sie werden als Hybrid- oder Kombinationsfüllungen bezeichnet und halten einer im Vergleich zu Tropfsystemen doppelt so hohen Belastung stand.

Jede Art von Füllkörper kann in verschiedenen Ausführungen (gerade Rinnen, versetzte Rinnen usw.) und Größen erhältlich sein und aus unterschiedlichen Materialien bestehen, je nach Temperatur des in den Kühlturm einströmenden Wassers. Bei der Auswahl einer Füllung müssen eine Reihe weiterer Faktoren berücksichtigt werden, wie z. B. Haltbarkeit, Festigkeit und Gewicht, einfache Montage und Installation, Zugänglichkeit bei Reparaturen und Inspektionen sowie das Vorhandensein von Schwebstoffen und aggressiven Verunreinigungen im gekühlten Wasser.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
