Der Tank besteht aus einem Hochdruckbehälter, der sich im Inneren des Gehäuses befindet. Der Raum zwischen dem Hochdruckbehälter und dem Außengehäuse ist evakuiert und mit einer Mikrofaser-Glasfaserisolierung gefüllt, die zur Strahlungsbeständigkeit mit Aluminiumfolie abgedeckt ist. Der innere Hochdruckbehälter und das Vakuumgehäuse bestehen aus Edelstahl 304. Alle Modelle sind gemäß EN 1251 und TPED konstruiert und gebaut.
Das Rohrleitungssystem sorgt für die Befüllung des Tanks mit Gas und die Aufrechterhaltung des in der Spezifikation angegebenen Drucks. Das Rohrleitungssystem besteht ebenfalls aus Edelstahl 304.
Kugel- und Sicherheitsventile werden je nach Produktspezifikation aus Messing oder Edelstahl gefertigt. Die Armaturen bestehen aus geschmiedetem Messing und Edelstahl 316.
Der Instrumententeil der Rohrleitung besteht aus einem Drucksensor und einem Differenzdruckmesser, die eine vollständige Systemüberwachung gewährleisten. Das Differenzdruckmessgerät liefert eine hochpräzise Anzeige des Druckniveaus im Tank.
Der Tank sorgt durch kontrollierte Flüssigkeitsverdunstung automatisch für die Aufrechterhaltung des erforderlichen Behälterdrucks. Die Energiequelle für den Druckaufbau und die Flüssigkeitsverdunstung ist die Umgebungstemperatur. Der Verdampfer ist an der Unterseite des Tanks befestigt.
