Beschreibung

Besonderheiten der LDPD-Kryopumpen:

  1. Das kalte Ende ist um 10° nach oben geneigt, um die Entgasung des Pumpenzylinders zu unterstützen und die Ansammlung von Gas in der Ansaugkammer vor dem Start und während des Betriebs zu verhindern.
  2. Aufgrund der hervorragenden Vakuumisolierung wird die niedrigste Temperatur im Pumpenkörper gehalten, und die Flüssigkeit steht für einen sofortigen Neustart (ohne Entlüftung) zur Verfügung.
  3. Die Saugkammer ist so konstruiert, dass sie jegliches Flashgas von der einströmenden Flüssigkeit trennt und einen homogenen Fluss der kalten Flüssigkeit in den Zylinder gewährleistet.
  4. Das gerade Einström-Saugventil bietet die bestmöglichen Strömungseigenschaften mit geringem Widerstand und gewährleistet einen niedrigen NPSH-Bedarf. (großer Durchmesser des Einström-Saugventils).
  5. Die dünnen „Hut”-Dichtringe bleiben auch bei extrem niedrigen Temperaturen flexibel.
  6. Das kalte Ende ist für eine geringe Wärmeleitfähigkeit auf ein offenes Zwischenstück geschraubt.
  7. Sowohl der Kurbelantrieb als auch das Zwischenteil verfügen über Anschlüsse für eine optionale Stickstoffspülung.  
  8. Thermosiphon-Tankansaugventilausführung (Option), die eine kürzere Abkühlzeit sowie geringere Verluste ermöglicht.
  9. Kolbenkopf aus Bronze für einen sichereren Betrieb.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
